How To Book
STEP 1
Make an enquiry through the form.
We’ll send you an email with a questionnaire to fill out.
STEP 2
STEP 3
Once we have received your questionnaire back, we will send you a custom floral proposal and quote.
To book with us we simply require a 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. (Note: this must be completed for us to hold your date)
STEP 4
The Timeline
Once your booking is confirmed, You’ll receive a welcome email. Congratulations, you are officially a Possum & Bloom couple.
Booking Confirmation
Planning meeting
We will have a final planning meeting 8-10 weeks out from your wedding. Please keep an eye on your emails to book a call and fill out the questionnaire we will send through.
Final details
Once our meeting is completed, we will send through the final details sheet and mood board bringing together all of the details.
Wedding day
On your big day, we will drop all of the personals to you in the morning. We will then do our thing in the ceremony and reception spaces and then come back to pack everything away.

You’re married, Congratulations! Please send us the professional photo album if you’re happy to share and leave a google review if that’s your thing.
FAQs
CAN I CHANGE ITEMS AFTER I’M BOOKED IN?
Absolutely! We understand that inspiration grows and ideas change as your wedding date comes closer. You’re welcome to change or add items as you wish, however, no more than 10% can be deducted from the original quote.
HOW DOES THE FLOWER SELECTION WORK?
When inquiring with us, you will receive a personalised floral proposal. This is just a starting point and is totally changeable. 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding, we will have a final planning meeting where we will discuss all of the designs, floral choices and finer details.
I’M AFTER A REALLY SPECIFIC FLOWER SELECTION, IS THIS OK?
While we always try our best to source any specific flowers that you may be after, we are unable to guarantee availability. Instead, we encourage our couples to focus on an overall aesthetic - a vibe that you want your space to feel.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?
Yes, it’s $3000 for full service weddings and $1500 for elopement florals.
